We would like to inform you that Moxa is going to make changes to
ThingsPro Proxy 1.3.0 for the
ThingsPro Edge Series.
These changes will be implemented April 1, 2022.
Please review the details below to determine how these changes will affect your products and/or operations.
What will change?
New Features
- Supports the UC-3100 Series, UC-2112-LX, and UC-8112-LX.
- Supports self-upgrade mechanism.
- Supports multi-interface (Wi-Fi and Ethernet) device discovery.
- Supports upgrades for the AIG series.
Fixed Issues
- Uninstalling ThingsPro Proxy does not remove all files from the system.
Enhancements
- Executes the uploaded provisioning plan without requiring a reload.
- Installation: Lists all available ThingsPro Edge versions when an eligible model is specified.
- Installation: Supports new models without requiring the installation of a new version installation, retrieves the supported model list from the Moxa ThingsPro Cloud.
- GUI: Replaces some terms
- Azure IoT DPS with Azure DPS
- Azure IoT hub Device with Azure IoT Device
